INTEGRATED PROJECT STRUCTURE & GOVERNANCE
The approach is also reflected in the connection between the company’s functional/technical departments and the project resource allocation. More specifically, for each project, each one of the functional departments (Program Management, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Naval Engineering, Integration) assign one key member to the Program Management Team (PMT) in order to guarantee the proper implementation of the processes with further resource allocation depending upon requirements and need analysis and project specificities.
The strategies, policies, procedures, and techniques are based on ISO/IEC/IEEE/15288:2015.
